Die Uferpromenade von Birgu (Vittoriosa), an der Marina unterhalb der Stadt. Die Fähre der Drei Städte aus Valletta legt in Sichtweite an.
Der anspruchsvollste der vier Spaziergänge. Birgu und Senglea sind beide Grate mit Wasser zu beiden Seiten, also steigt die Route von der Marina auf, folgt der Höhe, fällt auf Meereshöhe ab, um bei Cospicua überzuwechseln, und steigt wieder. Enge Gassen, Stufen und Abschnitte ohne Gehweg, wo man sich die Straße mit Autos teilt.
Ehrlich gesagt ist dieser auf Rädern schwer. Die Anstiege aus beiden Marinas sind steil, und mehrere Gassen im Collachio haben Stufen. Die Stationen an der Uferpromenade an beiden Enden sind eben und leicht; die Mitte des Spaziergangs nicht.
