Birgu, the inland Santa Margherita and Cottonera fortifications, Cospicua's church and Dock No. 1, Il-Maċina and Senglea's harbour viewpoint. Allow for the long inland detour and climbs.

The Birgu (Vittoriosa) waterfront, on the marina below the town. The Three Cities ferry from Valletta lands within sight of it.
The most demanding of the four walks. Birgu and Senglea are both ridges with the water on either side, so the route climbs from the marina, works along the high ground, drops to sea level to cross at Cospicua, and climbs again. Narrow lanes, steps, and stretches with no pavement where you share the road with cars.
Honestly, this one is hard on wheels. The climbs out of both marinas are steep, and several of the lanes in the Collachio are stepped. The waterfront stops at either end are level and easy; the middle of the walk is not.
