Refunds & Cancellation
Last updated 7 September 2026
Digital content has its own refund rules under EU consumer law, and they are worth being clear about before you buy.
The fourteen-day right, and why it may not apply
For most things bought online you have fourteen days to change your mind. Digital content delivered immediately is an exception: you lose that right once delivery begins, but only if you expressly asked for it to begin straight away and acknowledged that you were giving up the right to withdraw.
That is exactly what the checkbox at checkout asks you to confirm. If you tick it, the audio unlocks immediately and the fourteen-day right no longer applies. If you would rather keep the right, do not buy yet — the written guide to every stop is free to read, so you can see exactly what the tour covers before you decide.
When we will refund you anyway
Beyond the legal minimum, we would rather have a fair reputation than your seven euro. We will refund you in full, on request, if:
- The audio does not work on your device and we cannot fix it.
- You bought the wrong tour, and have not listened to more than a stop or two of it.
- The guide was substantially not as described.
- You bought it twice by accident.
Faulty or missing content
If the content is faulty, incomplete or not as described, you have rights under the EU Digital Content Directive as implemented in Malta: to have it put right, and if that is not possible, to a price reduction or a refund. Those rights last well beyond fourteen days and nothing in this policy limits them.
How to ask
Write to [ NOT YET PROVIDED ] with the email address you paid from, or the payment reference from your receipt. You do not need to give a reason. We aim to answer within two working days and to process approved refunds within fourteen days, back to the card you paid with.
