About
The guide
Self-guided audio walking tours of Malta and Gozo: 80 stops across 5 walks, each narrated in your ear and mapped as you go, at whatever pace you like.
It runs in your browser — nothing to install, no account needed to buy or to listen. Turn on location and it follows you through the city, offering each stop as you reach it. Download the audio before you set off, including the city map, to follow the route without a connection.
Stories for the walk
The narration scripts are researched and edited for each walking stop. Written guides, route notes and recordings are updated as corrections are made.
Listen to the stories behind the streets, buildings and views as you explore at your own pace. The guide uses a synthetic voice, with scripts researched and edited for each stop. Try the first stop of any tour free to hear the narration before you buy.

Language
Narrator
Two readings of the same script. Rachel is the main guide. Onyx is a lower voice we re-record when a line changes, because it is cheap to refresh. Switching keeps your place.
Listening
Slow the voice, or add a breath between paragraphs. Natural pauses are on by default. The same controls live in the player.
Install it
On iPhone, tap the share button in Safari and choose Add to Home Screen. On Android, open the browser menu and choose Install app. The guide then opens full-screen. Downloaded audio and city maps work offline within the saved area. Detailed online maps and areas beyond the download need a connection.
Accuracy
Opening hours, ticket prices and firing times change. Everything marked Practical is a guide, not a guarantee — check with the site before planning your day around it. Corrections are welcome.

Legal
Something not working — a stop that will not play, a map that will not load, a page that looks out of date? This clears the guide’s saved copy and reloads it fresh. Your purchases and progress are kept.
