Restore your purchase
Your purchase is held against the email address you paid with. Sign in with that address and it comes back — on a new phone, in a different browser, or after clearing this one. You do not need an account to buy or to listen; this is only for getting a purchase back.
What signing in does and does not do
- It is never needed to browse, to read a stop, or to play a tour’s free sample.
- It is not needed to buy. You can pay first and sign in months later.
- We store the fact that your address bought something, and nothing else about you. Your progress and settings stay in your own browser.
